Course Payment

The course fee must be paid in full prior to the course date either at the time of booking or on receipt of invoice; in this case, at least two weeks prior to the course start date.  Stuart & Frank® Training reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time.  Failure to receive the course fees in adherence with these terms means that Stuart & Frank® Training reserves the right to request payment on the day of the course.

Late Payment

In the event of late payment, Stuart & Frank® Training reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at the rate of 2% per calendar month or part thereof from the last date that payment was due to the date the payment is made.

Transferring Courses


  • If a delegate wishes to transfer a booking to a later course there will be an administrative charge of 20% of the course fee if it is within 7-21 working days of the original course date, or a charge of 40% of the course fee if it is within 5 working days of the original course date.
  • The transfer option only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course.
  • Delegates must specify their choice of transfer date at the time of transfer.
  • If a delegate uses the transfer option, the original course invoice and the transfer invoice remains due, even if the transfer reservation is subsequently cancelled.

Cancelling Courses

All cancellations to bookings must be received by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

The following charges apply if you cancel:

  • 29-60 working days before a course – 50% of the course fee
  • 15-28 working days before a course – 75% of the course fee
  • 0-14 working days before a course – 100% of the course fee

Changing Delegates Details

There will be no charge if a delegate wishes to replace him/herself with another delegate.  Please inform us by e-mail of any change to the original booking – This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Cancellation of Course by Stuart & Frank® Training and Changes to Course Content

Stuart & Frank® Training courses are constantly update and improved and Stuart & Frank® Training reserves the right to alter any of the courses’ content without prior notice.  Stuart & Frank® Training reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability.  In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.

The notes in any written form and training for Stuart & Frank® Training cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation.  Neither Stuart & Frank® Training nor its employees, trainers, consultants or associates can accept responsibility for delegates actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or any written material or interpreting the training in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or training notes and written material of any kind.  If in doubt consult a lawyer.
